Our latest update for the Pulse Beverage Company ($PLSB) focuses on major news surrounding the much higher than NBT forecast launch of Cabana™ as well as the hockey stick like growth of their distribution network in North America and outside the United States.

When it rains, it pours…and for Pulse Beverage that means 2 more regional distribution deals for its lead product Cabana 100% Natural low-calorie lemonade. These new deals surround the Chicago area and bring another 6 million of thirsty population to the Pulse Beverage distribution footprint. By the end of April we fully expect Pulse's distribution area to exceed 70% of the United States and most of Canada.

With the ZTE technology breakthrough bringing 4G TD-LTE to 3.5 GHz unpaired spectrum now FINALLY disclosed...NBT can NOW get out a new report valuing VELA assets assuming what we knew all along...that their share of their 3.5 GHz spectrum ALONE is worth HUNDREDS of $millions MORE now that potential co-investors in the VelaTel subsidiaries know for sure 4G-LTE will run on VELA's 3.5 GHz spectrum assets.

As NBT and VelaTel (VELA) have expected this for some time, VELA's 4G TD-LTE wireless technology partner ZTE made it official today: ZTE is going to be shipping very high power 3.5 GHz 4G-LTE Base Stations to wireless carriers including VelaTel in the near future (Q3 we are told by ZTE sources).

As you probably know, NBT Equities Research LLC is under a very tight non-disclosure agreement with VelaTel (VELA) concerning elements of a recently held major shareholder meeting. As of January 2012 we also ended our issuer-sponsored equities research coverage of VELA but are continuing to cover for our members.

The next big part of the Cabana and Pulse Beverage story starts today with distribution in Southern California.

Partnering with Avanzar and Energized gives Pulse brands access to almost 6% of America's population. More important is that within California resides the largest number of natural food and beverage consumers in North America.

This is a big one. Hy-Vee, with 231 supermarkets, $6.9 billion in sales, ranks among the top 20 supermarket chains and the 48th largest private company in the United States is in Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Hy-Vee is a company that focuses on healthy lifestyles. It has created the private label "HealthMarket" and they also provide their customers with in-store dieticians. Hy-Vee has won industry awards for its promotion of healthy lifestyles.

Another part of the amazing Cabana Lemonade story is in their international distribution. Pulse Beverage VP of Sales, Paddy Sheya, talked to NBT about how international sales should grow to 30%+ of overall sales for Pulse Beverage brands.

Panama is a great start...and there are other international distribution deals on the "near horizon".

When we you are hot, you are HOT. The Pulse Beverage Company has now added 3 major distributors and 6 NEW states for distribution of its Cabana brand 100% natural low-calorie lemonade this week.

Pulse is NOW AHEAD of the full 50 state distribution footprints we have forecast for the year end of 2012.

More importantly, the one million case/$20 million revenue forecast is right on target.

With a $3.50 target price for PLSE (based on our present value financial model for PLSE in our last report) it is NOT too late to profit from this superb execution from Pulse Beverage.

As VelaTel Global Communications, Inc. CEO George Alvarez alluded to in his conference call on Monday, VelaTel presents its plan to its major shareholders this week to create a new capital structure for VELA in order to finance the projects on this pro-forma and finance future deals.
