LightReading.com is reporting that China Mobile has finally awarded its initial $3.2 billion contract to deploy its initial 4G LTE network.

In recent news from the Western Graphite camp, WSGP has signed a Letter of Intent with Noram Ventures, an exploration company based in British Columbia. The joint venture agreement allows WSGP to earn a 50% interest in the Kokanee Flake Graphite Property.
