Pulse Beverage has put out their second quarter financial results this week, and we are happy to see it.

Key Highlights:

In the past couple of months, we saw Pulse Beverage make big pushes for distribution to take advantage of summer thirsts. Now that summer is over, it appears that Pulse is getting ready for the back to school shopping rush. All those shoppers and their kids WILL get thirsty, and Pulse is making sure to cash in on the demand. Today, Pulse announced THREE new distribution networks just in time for school.

Moreover, 100% organic low calorie lemonade is one of the fastest growing sectors in the entire non-alcoholic beverage world.

Summer is coming and Pulse is making sure everyone has a way to keep cool by securing distributors across the country. The latest distribution network comes from North Carolina, where Pulse has secured distribution through Mims Distributing Company, a MillerCoors Class “A” distributer.

In the Florida heat, nothing hits the spot like Cabana™ 100% Natural Lemonade, and Dependable Warehousing and Distribution Inc. knows this well. As a distributor to 400 Southern Florida stores, Dependable knows what the population wants and will be the key distribution point for convenience stores in all of Southern Florida.

Since we first started coverage of soon to be beverage giant Pulse Beverage (PLSB), they have been rising faster than anyone could expect. It's amazing they have gone up 306% in the year 2012 alone. So it's no suprise in thier latest press release that Q1 of 2013 is just as impressive. I could go on and talk about how this is one of the top picks, but I'll let the highlights speak for themselves.

Q1-2013 Highlights:

As a former So Cal kid who drove soda delivery trucks in the summer in college for some serious cash money…I can tell you there is a LOT of beverages sold every second in California.

Pulse now covers 30 million of the 37 million thirsty Wrong Coasters…and that is GREAT news for PLSB and their newest line of “good for you” PULSE® beverages. Cabana™ sales are doubling every 30—45 days as PLSB ramps to 20,000 stores from 13,000 presently.

Just like winning the presidency in America…you can’t say you are a complete United States beverage company without Ohio in your national distribution footprint.

Albertsons is a 594 store supermarket chain that operates in California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Texas.

The first 250 stores being shipped initial cases of Cabana™ 100% Natural Lemonade are in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California and Nevada. All 105 Food City stores are set in Kentucky, Tennessee and Virginia.

Pulse has been on a roll and it just gets better. Just announced, Pulse has secured a national listing for Safeway Inc. Major news considering Safeway is the second largest supermarket chain in North America behind the Kroger Co. This deal adds more than 1,500 stores to Pulses distribution and products will be found in all Safeway owned stores including both major chains Safeway and Vons.

PLSB is up over 130% for us this YEAR…and 300% from our initial research coverage.

But don’t sell a SHARE…there is a LONG way to go in upward valuation based on the latest report from management to shareholders.

Our take? On @70,000,000 shares outstanding (assuming ALL 19M warrants exercise at .62) fair value at 3 million case sales (2.5 million Cabana/500k Pulse) by mid-2014 PLSB is @$250,000,000 or $3.50 a share.

Pulse has been on fire for quite a while now, and now they have teamed up with the largest drug retailing chain in the US, Walgreens. This adds a new 440 stores to Pulse’s distribution line and puts them for over 9000 retail stores total.
